Scott Devours On Drums
With Zak Starkey still not fully recovered from the tendon problem he was suffering towards the end of The Who’s North American Tour, Scott Devours, who bravely stepped in for drum duties at very short notice for a few shows back in February, will be drumming for The Who during the band’s forthcoming tour of UK/Europe.
All good wishes to Zak for a full recovery.
And welcome back, Scotty!

Well I’m certainly disappointed !
Zac is deffinetly a main attraction when seeing The Who.
But I have watched Scott live with Roger. And I’m sure he will be awesome as well. Get well soon Zac!
See you lads in Ireland in a few weeks…

Bad news – I hope Zak Starkey recovers in time to participate, to be fair I was looking forward to hearing/seeing him!
Scott did a HELL of a job playing Tommy with Roger … another great drummer!!
Scott is great, but Zac’s a beast — get well.
saw Scott twice with Roger and was super impressed.
especially when Roger opened his solo tour in Vancouver a few years ago, giving us THE REAL ME and YOUNG MEN BLUES, Scott was absolutely amazing!
way to go Scotty!!!!
Was at the San Diego show where Scott first stepped in for Zak (on only a few hours notice). The band was noticeably a bit nervous at first, but after a few songs everything smoothed out, Scott played great, and by the end Pete and Roger were simply ecstatic about how well everybody pulled it off. Zak will certainly be missed, but Scott will be a more than adequate replacement.
How the heck do you play drums in Quadrophenia on only a few hours notice??? Wow.
See you Ireland!!

Saw the who at Birmingham last night they were brilliant absolutely killed it especially Scott i have seen Zak drumming a few times with the who and oasis and think he’s great but I must say I thought Scott fitted better with his playing style very flamboyant reminiscent of moonie I know Zak has the history on his side but that’s my take on it what do you guys think
I was at the san diego show when peat made a announcement, I thought that the concert was canceled but at the last min they flew in scott and the show went on . Roger had been playing with scott in the past so scott knew the songs and that helped He did a grate Job buy the way
