ROGER DALTREY & PETE TOWNSHEND TALK ABOUT THE WHO HITS 50! TOUR
Pete and Roger recently got together to talk about their forthcoming tour and what it means to them to be going out on the road again in their fiftieth year. Is this going to be the last tour, as Pete has said many, many times over the years, or is it the beginning of the long goodbye, as Roger says it is? Well, who knows? As The Who’s manager Bill Curbishley says, it’s a celebration of 50 years of some of the finest rock music ever. So come and join in the celebrations as The Who hits 50!
When is the uk part of the tour
I just read on the Dutch Who-site (The Who Fragments) that the concert in Dublin in November is going to another date in june 2015. You cannot do this to me. I paid for the tickets, the hotel and the plane from Holland allready. This is costing me a small fortune. I.m a Whofan since september 1965. Now I have to book everything again for next june. I do not think i’ll bother. There are a lot of fans from Holland who allready booked tickets , hotels and planes. They should be compensated, I think.
Ce 50eme anniversaire seras une fête magnifique. The Who est tellement important pour moi.
Here in Denmark,we are plenty of old fans, since the wild days in 60ies; So we really hope that The Who will come to us here in Denmark!
