My first WHO concert was the show in Orlando on 11/27/82 when I was a freshman in college. I was in awe of the massive stage where the band played under the “H”. Here I am 30 years later very excited the WHO is getting ready to embark on their final tour after 50 years of rocking the music world. I can only hope this finale features the massive stage once again playing under the “H”. It would be a fitting close to what was originally supposed to be the Who’s retirement in 1982. Thanks for all the great memories and concerts through the years.
I was a junior in high school and two good friends, and I attended this concert. I remember the B-52’s being there, but they didn’t last long. I also read online Joan Jet was there, but I don’t remember if she was or not. Greatest concert I ever attended. Long live rock.
