My fifth time to see the band live and as a “dyed in the wool fan” ,my most memorable. Met them as they arrived at the Sheraton hotel from the airport. Got a chance to talk with pete about making the just recently released quadrophenia album. Chatted with Keith about drums and drumming. A very likeable character! The show that night was,as expected, remarkable. They “cooked” like I never heard them play before. They continued to improve as musicians. The lighting was just as special. When they got to “love reign” the stage was all in blue. As if to set the scene for jimmy lost on the rock at sea. A great live show that was released on the king biscuit hour in quad. Thanks for letting me ramble on down memory lane.
