Background
The first American Who compilation album was MAGIC BUS – THE WHO ON TOUR (Decca 5064 mono, Decca 75064 stereo; US CD: MCA MCAD-31333). Decca (US) released it in September 1968 to capitalise on interest in The Who generated by their extensive touring that year. Pete’s song OUR LOVE WAS, from THE WHO SELL OUT is listed as OUR LOVE WAS, IS.
