ICONIC PAINTINGS OF THE WHO ON VIEW

Some of the 45 hand painted images by artist John Davis, commissioned by British band, The Who, many of which were used for the book ‘A Decade of The Who’ are seen displayed at the Idea Generation gallery in London, Monday, Oct. 5th.
 
The lot, estimated at 165,000 pounds (US$263,000) is part of a collection of rock memorabilia for sale in an online Fame Bureau auction on Oct.14. (AP Photo/Kirsty Wigglesworth)
