VH1 Classic is remixing Halloween and making it what it really should be: “Wholloween,” a day of celebrating all things THE WHO related, including the U.S. television premiere of the 2012 The Who doc “Quadrophenia: Can You See the Real Me?” at 8 PM ET/PT.
