PETE AND ROGER ON BBC TV’s THE ONE SHOW

bbc-who

A month away from the start of The Who’s 50th  anniversary tour, Pete and Roger talked with Cerys Matthews – and played some acoustic guitar too – on BBC TV’s One Show broadcast yesterday, Tuesday October 27.

Included on the BBC page are clips of The Who performing ‘Out In The Street’, originally broadcast on BBC TV’s Whole Scene Going back  in 1966, ‘Join Together’ from London Studios in 1972 – with some great audience participation, and ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’ from the Gaumont State Theatre, Kilburn from 1977.

Good piece of work, would have liked to see/hear an extended version with greater depth perhaps? Nice clips also.

Gosh, would have loved to have been there. Great guys, tunes, and times.
