A virtually complete visual record of The Who’s appearance at the third Isle of Wight Festival of Music at East Afton Farm near Freshwater, Isle of Wight at 2.00am on the morning of 30 August 1970 and featuring John in his magnificent skeleton suit. Introduced by compere Jeff Dexter, “Ladies and gentlemen, a nice rock’n’roll band from Shepherds Bush, London …The ‘Oo!”

In 2006, the DVD was reissued with bonus tracks SUBSTITUTE and NAKED EYE (the latter previously only available as part of Murray Lerner’s festival documentary, MESSAGE TO LOVE, released in 1995) plus a 40-minute interview with Pete Townshend.
